2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the fachai2 Platform:
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the fachai2 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. fachai2 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. fachai2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). fachai2 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or voter's ID) upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fachai2 username and password. You agree to notify fachai2 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. fachai2 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your fachai2 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures prior to account closure.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. fachai2 accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. fachai2 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.
4.3 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your fachai2 account are from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. Deposits made using funds derived from illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
4.4 No Credit Card Gambling Deposits. In compliance with Philippine regulations, fachai2 does not accept credit card deposits for gambling purposes. Only debit cards and the e-wallet and bank transfer methods listed above are accepted.
4.5 Processing Times. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your fachai2 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the originating bank.
5.1 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals may be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to fachai2's verification requirements. fachai2 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
5.2 KYC Requirement. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. fachai2 will not process withdrawals to accounts that have not completed the KYC process.
5.3 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 business hours. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
5.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. fachai2 reserves the right to modify withdrawal limits at any time.
5.5 Wagering Requirements. Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by fachai2 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits. 6.2 fachai2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. 7.1 All games available on the fachai2 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
7.2 All RNG-based games on fachai2 use certified random number generators that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and are subject to the rules and procedures of the respective game providers.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, fachai2 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. fachai2 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
10.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the fachai2 Platform without the prior written consent of fachai2 or the respective rights holder.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fachai2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
11.2 fachai2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fachai2 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 fachai2 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude fachai2's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 fachai2 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the fachai2 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to fachai2's customer support team for resolution. fachai2 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process described above, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
14.4 fachai2 operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players may also refer unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
